Open Call

In Short: Film Programme

As part of Hayy Cinema’s mission to support the local film industry and its filmmakers, we are  looking for short films to screen during our upcoming summer programme in 2026. 

Filmmakers are invited to submit their short films through this open call for the opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen. Selected films will be part of a powerful, curated programme presented to a wide range of audiences.

We are looking for new, bold voices telling cultural and personal stories. 

This opportunity is open to Saudi and international filmmakers with all formats accepted; fiction, documentary, animation and experimental under 30 minutes.

If you have made a short film worth watching, we want to see it. And so does Jeddah.
