Get ready for an exclusive performance by Amman-based indie-electronic duo Tayar, formed in 2019 by singer-songwriter Ahmad Farah and music producer/filmmaker Bader Helalat. With the release of their album ‘Kol Shi Sar’ in 2024, the duo is redefining the boundaries of Arabic music by blending cinematic instrumentation with contemporary sound design to tell stories of struggle, loss, existence and identity. Through grooves, funk and rhythm, Tayar break from tradition to create an eclectic sound inspired by their folk origin, electronic, jazz, alternative rock and pop, a testament to their diverse musical backgrounds and global influence. Join us for an evening with Ahmad and Bader as we explore the defining journey of Tayar, their creative process as individual artists and a duo remembering and singing about narratives and their life experiences full of introspection, self-discovery and expression.
