Drumming has long been considered one of the oldest ways to bring people together and foster a sense of equality and belonging.

Join us for monthly drumming circles, uniting in rhythm and balance through a collective experience that nurtures creative expression. Over time, these circles promote social resilience, collaboration and overall wellbeing!

Beyond that, there is growing evidence and practice that shows group drumming circles can:

  • Reduce stress and regulate the nervous system through rhythmic movement
  • Support emotional release and expression
  • Increase dopamine and endorphins, improving mood and energy
  • Enhance focus, presence and mindfulness
  • Encourage active listening, non-verbal communication and togetherness

A shared space to improvise, learn and discover how to truly connect with yourself and others.

Open and free to all – no musical experience or skills needed!

RSVP required – limited capacity
