Slow down, look again and reconnect!
Join a mindful workshop using the ‘Look Again methodology’ to promote creativity in our everyday encounters, including in the garden, outdoors and with and around nature.
In this workshop, participants are encouraged to take a moment, to pause and see our surroundings differently. Through slow looking, sensory awareness and intentional photography, the garden is explored to uncover its hidden beauty and reconnect with the environment.
Suitable for ages 18+ and those interested in mindfulness, photography, creative health and wellbeing.
No photography skills needed, only a phone camera!
