Introducing Wellness at Hayy, a new initiative that focuses on fostering a culture of holistic health, sustainable living, spirituality and wellbeing across the arts. Throughout the year, we will collaborate with like-minded organisations and creatives to connect, share and empower our community and the public on the importance of looking after our bodies, mind, emotions and surroundings.
Kicking off with an interactive and engaging workshop, in collaboration with the Adult and Child Therapy (ACT) Center, that seeks to open wide the meaning of narrative therapy, connecting storytelling to broader contexts and creative disciplines as a way of enhancing self-reflection and critical thinking on narrow discourses about the self, others and the world.
Focusing on ‘single stories’ that are rife with stereotypes, the workshop aims to reconstruct stories into more nuanced, complex and empowering narratives that allow participants to be in, and interact, differently with the world.
This workshop is suitable for 18+ years old and has limited seating. Registration required – please note, once at full capacity, the registration form will automatically close.
Stay tuned for more activities and events centred on Wellness at Hayy!
