Something tiny is checking in at Thabat wa Nabat, Hayy’s Community Garden!

Beneath leaves, between twigs, and inside the soil, an unseen world is hard at work. Bug Hotel activation invites you to slow down and look closely at the small creatures that make gardens thrive.

Over two days, participants of all ages are invited to build simple shelters for insects using natural and recycled materials, creating temporary homes for pollinators, beetles, and garden allies who support biodiversity, soil health, and growth.

This playful, hands-on activation blends making, learning, and imagination, encouraging care for ecosystems through touch, observation, and collective action. Each bug hotel becomes a quiet gesture of hospitality, an offering to the garden and its many inhabitants.

Come build, listen, and learn how even the smallest beings help sustain life.

Free and open to all.
