On World Refugee Day, in collaboration with MADE51, a global initiative from the UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.

Supporting refugee craftsmanship, join us for a workshop with Maral, a Syrian refugee artisan and entrepreneur who specializes in embroidery, a skill passed down to her by her mother.

Influenced by her Armenian ancestry and heritage, Maral aims to revive the tradition of embroidery by teaching the next generation of young women, with a focus on intricate designs, alternative and rare techniques, and the stories woven within.

This event is free and open to all. RSVP required due to limited capacity.
