Rhythm has the power to bring people together. Whether through celebration, ritual or play, shared percussion invites us to listen, respond and create something larger than ourselves.

Join us for the third edition of the Hayy Sounds Drumming Circle, led by breathwork and sonic restoration facilitator Saif Halal, alongside local percussionist Mohammed Hassan. Through guided rhythm, spontaneous improvisation and collective drumming, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and experience the joy of making music together.

Open to all ages and experience levels, this session offers a welcoming space to:

    • Explore rhythm through play and improvisation
    • Connect with others through collective music-making
    • Improve focus, presence and mindful listening
    • Release tension through movement and sound

Free and open to all – no musical experience required.

No registration required -attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
