Join us for a hands-on workshop that follows the journey from healthy soil to thriving plants. We’ll revisit the composting process, learn how to tell when compost is ready to use, sift and prepare it, and explore simple ways to overcome common composting challenges.

Whether you’re continuing your composting journey or getting your hands dirty for the first time, you’ll leave with practical growing skills, and your very own potted basil plant to nurture at home, planted using the compost we created together.

Free and open to all.

The workshop will be conducted in Arabic.

Sara Alsayed is a traveler and certified tour guide with a background in business administration and experience in outdoor adventure operations and agritourism. She has volunteered in permaculture and hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia and internationally. Through her work, she is focusing on promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices within the community.
