Sofia’s Bistro is a confluence of Mediterranean flavors inspired by Chef Khalid’s travels around the globe. Inspired fare with the freshest ingredients, locally sourced when available, include 8-hour spaghetti Bolognese, savory shrimp tacos, hand-tossed thin crust pizzas and crispy bresaola sandwich with a cornichon roulade have etched Sofia’s on the hearts across our Hayy locals.

A culinary atelier where foodies, comedians, creators and innovators are tantalized both aesthetically and flavorfully, while leaving a low-carbon footprint. Our socially responsible ethos of zero plastic usage and composting system reduces our environmental impact and keeps us connected to our community.

Accompanying Sofia’s Bistro on the first floor is an arthouse coffeehouse by and for the people where together with our patrons, we begin writing our first chapter. An interactive writer’s space, with a library and events to spark and connect the inner creative over light bites, pastries and coffee.
