Assistant Curator, Jeddah

Head of Audiences, Art Jameel

A key member of Art Jameel’s senior leadership team, the Head of Audiences follows (and helps shape) the strategy and objectives set by Art Jameel’s Director, Deputy Directors and Board, and is a key leader in the organisation. Based at Hayy Jameel, Jeddah, the role is global in scope and oversees the three key areas in Art Jameel’s outreach strategy – marketing, communications and visitor experience.

This role is tasked with overseeing dynmic teams in Jeddah and Dubai (of approximately 10 associates) to deliver on this strategy; build awareness of Art Jameel’s work, our collaborative partners and networks of creative practitioners; and to increase footfall to our centres and engagement with our online initiatives (existing and forthcoming).

The role also includes oversight of strategy, outreach and communications personnel based in Dubai, and working with this senior team to boost awareness of and footfall to Jameel Arts Centre; devise global strategy and implementation; and to launch new digital sites, programmes and partnerships.
